My Approach
I believe that my clients come to coaching with the ability to find their own answers. My clients are not in need of repair; they simply need a catalyst or guide to help them elicit their own brilliance and help them disregard that voice in their head that is telling them otherwise. Even though clients typically come to me for career-related issues, we address their whole life. We look at what is working well, and what is working not as well. My clients set their own agendas and goals. I have no predetermined outcome for them, nor do I decide what should be important to them. Together we design the guidelines of the coaching relationship, what methods of communication work best for each client. A coaching relationship is a blend of learning and action. I am not a guru; in fact I believe you are your own guru. My intention is to provide the learning for each client to be their most empowered self, living their most fulfilled and balanced life, and being present to each glorious or crappy moment of it. I hold my clients accountable to the actions that they have chosen for themselves; even when there is a failure to take action there is always something to be learned in the process. Getting Started
